Contacted Roland and Funeral Director Roy Loo was activated immediately to support us. Roy was able to customize the funeral package to meet our requirements, a hybrid of Buddhist Package with Taoist rituals. He was responsive and guided our family through the funeral arrangements with advice on ‘dos and donts ’. The Buddhist Altar setup was dignified and peaceful. They took such good care of my family throughout my grandfather’s wake and made a difficult time much easier for all of us. Roy was incredibly professional, patient and attentive. He explained everything clearly and made sure every detail was handled according to our family’s wishes. The whole team made us feel very comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. This was honestly the best funeral service experience our family has had. Direct Funeral Services provide a One-Stop Service in helping us in the Funeral Sevice by co-ordinating with their respective Partners/Vendors for the Doctor for the Death Certification, Monks, Tentages, Tables and Chairs, Logistic arrangements for the Bus, Food and Drinks, Paper Effigy, Cremation, Ash Collection, as well as linking us up for the Post-Funeral Services etc. They also help with the liaison with the Town Council for the booking of the Wake Location, and the NEA for the cremation at Mandai etc. This enable us to focus on the Wake and Funeral proceedings for our Father.
