Since taking over Direct Funeral Services in 2014, Darren and Jenny have continued to modernise and innovate our company’s services, while remaining respectful of traditions and cultural beliefs. Under their leadership, Direct achieved the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification for our high service standards. We are honoured to be the first-and only-funeral company in Singapore to have attained this ISO award thus far.

Our Team

From our funeral directors and embalmers to our operations and logistics crew, florists, and back-office support teams, every individual plays a vital role in ensuring each farewell is carried out with care and dignity. Behind every service is a coordinated effort, often unseen, to anticipate needs, ease burdens, and create a calm, supportive environment for families.

It is this shared sense of purpose, pride in our work, and commitment to doing things thoughtfully that has made Direct a trusted choice for families over the years and continues to shape the way we care for those who come to us.

Beyond work, our team members share a close-knit bond despite being so culturally diverse. We have people from Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and of course Singapore, who laugh together and support each other.
