We believe that everyone deserves a dignified send off and are passionate about working with families in order to facilitate meaningful funerals. Our founder Roland Tay is often featured in mainstream media such as The Straits Times, Lian He Zhao Bao, Lian He Wan Bao, Xin Ming Wanbao. Roland Tay is best known for his acts of charity and his willingness to come forth and help anyone in need. His daughter Jenny Tay follows in his footsteps. The following is a note by Mediacorp in respect of episode 10 of Crimewatch, which was first broadcast on 21st Feb 2021:

‘An earlier version of this episode created a wrong impression which may have misled viewers to think that the suspect was an employee of Direct Funeral Services. Mediacorp apologises for the error. This has been corrected. The suspect and all other persons involved in the actual police case are not related in any way to Direct Funeral Services.’
