Phone Receptionist

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage incoming calls, perform telephone screening.
  • Take and pass on telephone messages promptly
  • Arrange administrative matters such as the purchase stationery, packages and deliveries
  • Arrange courier and prepare proforma invoices and related documents
  • Assist internal communication issues
  • Handle administrative and clerical work
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department
  • Coordinates daily operational activities
  • Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to clients
  • Responds to customers’ feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
  • Attend to guests, customers, vendors, and candidates

Operations Crew

Job Overview

Guide and assist family members throughout the duration of the wake and funeral.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Offer counsel and comfort to bereaved families
  • Collection and transportation of the deceased
  • Provide assistance to family members during rites, rituals and funeral processions
  • Present the eulogy to family members on funeral day
  • Transport flowers, backdrop and other logistics required for the set up of wakes
  • Maintain cleanliness of Company’s vehicles, equipment and facilities
  • Implement operations for service excellence
  • Project a positive and professional image
  • Solve problems and make decisions at operations level
  • Other operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Hold a Class 3 or 4 driving license
  • Use essential features of a computer

Job Overview

To embalm and prepare the deceased for their final journey.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Possess good knowledge of embalming standards
  • Understand the requirements of the client and offer the most suitable embalming services
  • Understand and carry out the wishes of the client with excellence
  • Gather, review and act on client’s feedback on embalming services
  • Keep stock of all embalming chemicals, tools and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of Company’s vehicles, equipment and facilities
  • Implement operations for service excellence

Requirements

  • Hold an embalming certification from a recognised embalming school

Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive/Senior Executive, you’ll help spread our mission and support our commitment to serving others. Join us in making a difference.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to educate and raise awareness about our services and community initiatives.
  • Creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including i.e Instagram, Facebook , tik tok and youtube
  • Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and monitoring engagement.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize performance and reach.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Staying updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our presence and impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of social media management experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for social media are welcome.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva & Capcut
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to stay updated on social media trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.
